Terms of Service

1. The service

Framemyarts provides AI-based visualization of artworks in picture frames and a catalog of real frames offered by third-party suppliers. Framemyarts operates the catalog but does not own, manufacture, sell or deliver the frames listed in it. Purchases happen directly between you and the supplier; Framemyarts is not a party to those transactions.

2. Your content and your responsibility

Framemyarts does not verify your rights to the images you upload. You may upload images at your own discretion and you are solely responsible for having the necessary rights to use them. Content prohibited by law is not allowed and may be removed upon complaint.

3. How your images are used

Uploaded images and generated results are used only to provide the service to you: storing, processing and creating your visualizations. Your images are not used to train AI models or for any purpose unrelated to providing the service to you.

4. Visualizations

Visualizations are AI-generated previews intended to help you decide on framing. While the service aims for maximum fidelity, a visualization is not a guarantee of the exact appearance of a physical product. A generation is counted against your allowance only when a visualization is successfully created and made available in your account.

5. Subscription and payments

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You can cancel anytime via the customer portal; access remains until the end of the paid period. Unused monthly generation quota does not carry over.

6. Account deletion

You can delete your account at any time. Deletion is irreversible: all your artworks, frames, variants and visualizations are permanently removed.

7. Catalog data and takedown

Catalog entries always credit the manufacturer or brand. If you are a rights holder and want your data corrected or removed, contact us and we will act on your request.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page.
