Privacy Policy

What we collect

Account data (email, authentication identifiers via Firebase), the images you upload, the visualizations we create for you, and product usage events (actions like "generation started" — never the images themselves) via Amplitude analytics.

How we use it

To provide the service: store your artworks and frames, run AI generations, show your results across devices, process subscription payments (Stripe), send transactional emails (e.g. "your visualization is ready"), and improve the product using aggregated usage analytics.

Your images

Images are stored privately and are accessible only to you through expiring signed links. They are used solely to provide the service to you and are never used to train AI models. Catalog images of frames are public.

Third parties

We rely on: Firebase (authentication), Stripe (payments — we never see your card details), Amplitude (product analytics), cloud hosting and storage providers, and AI model providers that process images during generation. Each receives only what is needed for its function.

Deletion

Deleting your account permanently removes your data: artworks, frames, variants, visualizations and stored files.
